I am back from a lovely vacation in Seattle with family. I will have lots of updates in the coming days but we returned home to find some little mice had moved into our apartment and we are having to deal with that. In fact the night we were back a mouse (perhaps the one who had been roaming around our kitchen) walked right in under our front door. We spent the evening emptying our entire front closet (where he ran and hid) to find him and chase him out. Now we are working with the landlords to get the gap under the front door fixed. Such a pain!

I imagine your diligence in preventing bugs helped with him not finding a haven of food while you were gone. Mice are such a DELIGHT -- NOT!!!
